The Fates Choker

In ancient Greek mythology, the Moirai, known in English as the Fates, were the personifications of destiny. They were three sisters: Clotho (the spinner), Lachesis (the allotter), and Atropos (the inevitable, a metaphor for death). They are represented here in three polished brass drops, divided by three exquisite Apatite beads.

Each necklace is individually hand-made. The thread is treated with locally sourced beeswax that seals the knots and protects the thread.

This necklace is closed with a handmade brass scroll clasp.

These necklaces are extremely strong and made for longevity. Measures 48cm from clasp to clasp.
